The total investment of the project is 3 billion RMB, of which China Jintian funds 2.5 billion RMB, ZHONGHEXINGCHEN invests 500 million RMB, United Helicopters International Group invests 500 million RMB. Joint management and the board of directors will be set up by the three parties in accordance with the planning step by step to implement the project. After the formation of the joint venture company, location will be chosen for the construction of the world's most advanced helicopter sales exhibition center, the Russian helicopter Asia Pacific authorized maintenance center, as well as the Russian helicopter China assembly line and a series of major projects.
